Active since 2018, Buckwise is an Italian Dream Pop and IDM project known for their refined indietronica sound, blending synthetic orchestrations with dreamlike atmospheres and introspective English lyrics. Following their 2019 debut Turning Point, the band partnered with labels Bonimba and Dischi Uappissimi to release their immersive sophomore album, NEON, in late 2024.

Their dynamic live performances have taken them across numerous European festivals and onto prestigious stages like Ypsigrock, FIMU France and Tallin Music Week, sharing bills with acts such as Explosions in the Sky. Most recently, in April 2026, Buckwise released the single “Astra,” which is featured on the soundtrack of the multi-award-winning, David di Donatello-nominated documentary Residence Hammamet.

Being multi-instrumentalists, Buckwise create a live experience where the sound of each song is born from a constant exchange of instruments, enriching the performance with a wide range of nuances. After captivating Italian audiences with over 100 shows across the country, Buckwise took their music to Europe, performing in nations such as Bosnia, Estonia, France and Greece.
